C. "Chancy " Horn

Claudine "Chancy" Horn was born in San Luis Obispo, California.  The family soon moved to Monterey where her grandfather, mother and she would  ride horses together on the cattle ranches of the rolling hills of the Monterey Coast.  The love for horses and ranching run in her family. With a wall full of throphies and awards, she will tell you that the ride itself was the best part.  She graduated  high school in Elk Grove, California where she found her way to Texas in 1993.    Through the years she has been involved in barrel racing, cutting, Arabian working cow horse and hunting on horseback and even began breeding half Arabians with proven offspring.  She eventually found her way to endurance racing where she takes a firm stand and passion in the sport.   Currently she is a ranch, land and investment property Real Estate agent .  Activley involved as Vice President of Crossroads Equestrian Club, Director for the Texas Championship High School Rodeo Association, AERC member, TERA Member, TADRA member, and the WEB MASTER for EquiPro  usaponygirl@yahoo.com
