Answers to your questions – Whether you are new to the sport or you have been riding for years, you’ve got questions. More importantly, I’ve got the answers. You don’t have to go searching Google, rifling through training books on Amazon, or scouring message boards for answers to your problems. All of your riding and training questions can be answered quickly, easily, and with applicable connections to your training.
Feedback – With a suite of online training tools, providing feedback is easy. With email, phone, texts, and a variety of training logs at your disposal, I am able to give you feedback on all of your running workouts and make adjustments as needed.
Injury Prevention – I carefully monitor your progress and try to recognize when your horse begins to show signs of fatigue from overtraining, which is often the main precursor to injury. I always look at your training log after hard workouts so I can determine if you need more recovery or if you’re ready to hit the next workout; whereas an un-coached athlete might plunge ahead, digging themselves deeper into a hold of overtraining and mediocre results.
